So Brynn, after a few weeks of crawling backwards, finally started crawling forward a couple nights ago while we were reading books to Rylee.

One small step
Evan stayed with us last weekend while his parents got some time off sans kids, and he must have shown Rylee how to walk, cuz she’s started taking her first steps this week.
Tonight, she started taking multiple steps before crashing back down. Here’s a short video of her taking a few steps:
Crawling away
So after spending last weekend with the crawling twins (Audrey and Emily), Rylee has started crawling within the last couple of days.
Speaking of the twins, pictures from our trip to Rochester last weekend have been posted.

Getting jiggy wit it

Rylee and Jaxon
Rylee spends a lot of time playing with Jaxon… Well, Rylee spends a lot of time trying to play with Jaxon. Since Rylee isn’t quite mobile yet, she can’t quite get to Jaxon if Jaxon doesn’t feel like playing. She also gets frustrated sometimes when Jaxon ends their playtime early by walking away.
But they had some playtime one evening earlier this week, and we got some video of it.
Mmmmm….Cereal!
On Sunday Rylee had her very first taste of baby rice cereal. She wasn’t too sure about it at first, but now she’s a big fan.
She is currently eating one tablespoon of the rice cereal mixed with water in the mornings. Next week we will add another feeding just before bedtime.

Luv Da Lions!
Rylee just loves her Nittany Lions mobile that we have on her Pack N Play. She could care less about her Pooh mobile on her crib, but Rylee giggles and laughs at her lions! The was taken a couple days ago after Penn State won their season opener.
